Our journey as a team began with the Ecome Center, which operated for 8 years near the Dead Sea. This unique peace center brought Palestinians and Israelis together to practice Nonviolent Communication (NVC). This hands-on experience became our “school” for mastering conflict resolution, building trust, and fostering resilient relationships amidst challenges. In this impactful project, we organized programs and retreats, engaged in community organizing, and dove deep into reconciliation work. We were fortunate to learn from some of the world’s leading NVC trainers and other experts in the field. When COVID-19 hit, we swiftly transitioned online with the “NVC Rising Initiative,” dedicated to sharing these essential tools globally. As we move forward, we’re blending online programs with in-person events, drawing on our rich global network. Our growing team now spans the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Americas.
